Under Punjab Urban Environment Infrastructure Programme Phase-1, 2 and 3 funds amounting to Rs. 1500 Cr. has been provided from State Government to all Urban Local Bodies in the state of Punjab through PMIDC. Works related to Roads, Street lights, Parks, Community Centre and Bus stand etc. valuing Rs. 1200 Cr. have been completed. Balance works are in different stage of completion.
