Register/Login with Mobile No
Register into mSeva by just sharing your Name, Mobile No, City and an OTP. There is no need to remember a new username and password, your phone number and an OTP is enough to log you in.
Assess Property
Self-Assess your properties using a simple four step assessment form which is designed to be simple and intuitive. Enter the details of your property one unit at a time, add owners and your property will be added into the system.
Pay Property Tax
Pay your property tax online wihtout getting out of your house. Download the recipt then and there for your reference and if you choose, you can also pay a partial amount while the system maintains your payment records.
Search & Re-assess
Make multiple assessments of a property within a financial year to keep the details of your property updated into the system. Search for your properties and re-assess as many times as you wish.
